Hmmmm….sure seems a sensitive topic. And I would sure be surprised if someone just one review old (like me!) would dare to write on this one. But the motive behind writing this is not to set rules
for writing reviews on MS but merely citing my own experience on learning to write on MS. This may effectively start to sound like the boring autobiography of a novice writer and I hope u will last out till the end.( its not all that boring, I promise! ) This is an attempt to….probably….. ’’nostalgize’’ u into ur early days of MS by sharing my experiences.
Having been introduced to MS by my dear friend Ameet ( u know him as ‘achougoo’)
I spent 3 months trying to ’’learn’’ about writing on MS.

’’What is in there to learn’’…..u ask?

Ah!….. but there is!

Ever read a review and said, ’’wow! That’s how I would write this!’’ or an opinion makes u say, ’’hey! That’s exactly what I think about this issue!’’ . These are just the experiences felt when one reads thru the various reviews on MS.

It is important to learn the various styles people write in. Styles, which are as unique as fingerprints ( thankfully, not that boring though! ). Every person that I have come across on MS has a refreshingly unique style of voicing his opinion. Understanding the various styles of writing, I think, has helped me zero into the style I like best and develop my own thereon.

Secondly, what I found important, and very trying, was to really identify a topic to write on. It wasn’t due to any dearth of topics but because of my sheer inability to relate to them and my lack of knowledge about them. This drove me to reading all the more on MS, reading to learn, and effectively, making myself able to write substantial stuff.

The best part of this whole exercise was exposing me to a wide plethora of intelligent people that I never thought collectively existed. Opening myself up to a new world of conscious and thinking individuals surely belittled me into thinking that I wasn’t as smart I thought I was! This aggravated the hunger for knowledge to establish my own standing in to this wide array of wonderful people I have come across on MS.

So freshers, hark ye!
The best way to WRITE on MS is to READ on MS.
This will take some time before u actually attack the keyboard, but when u do, it will be with newfound frenzy and a will to enter the world of intellects.

This, dear friends, was my experience of getting started on MS. And it is not yet over, it will go on as long as there are people like u out there, writing on, and urging me to read more, learn more, write more.
