Hey guys, if you have problems with english vocabulary or wants to make your communication excellent then this book is the key to achieve that goal.

It is a masterpiece for them who do not have enough english word in their pocket when they are communicating.

It consist of sets of different field which were generally used in communication for example -defining yourself in single word or defining a situation.

Lots of exercise given after every set to excell your command on that word you learned.

It provide a simple and step by step method to increase your knowledge and mastery of english language.

My approach.

I usually did 4 sessions per day and I was done with the book in roughly 13 days. Yes, with all the exercises included. With notes it usually took me 1hr 30 mins approx on a daily basis. It's a time well invested learning this book, in my opinion, it's a magnum opus. After reading even half of it you'll feel easy to articulate things and while talking to people(using words from your vocab reservoir) they'll often find themselves in an anachronous situation. You'll even find that most of your arguments will be incongruously cogent.

Word Power Made Easy is an amazing book to learn vocabulary. It's also enjoyable with all the anecdotes the author mentions. So, it's very easy to understand the usages of words in their appropriate contexts. I would suggest to read every chapter in the book and try to apply those words in your everyday conversation. The author explains the root of each word, and so if you find the same root link in any other word, you get to guess its meaning. For example, the root link'Ben', means'Good'. So, words with the same root link imply a positive connotation. Few examples:

Benign- kind, not-harmful

Benediction - blessing, saying good

Beneficent - doing good

Benefactor - one who does good things for another

The author gives plethora of such root links.

Also, the end of the book has word lists from A-Z and has around 1000 words. So, if you read about 15 words per day along with a chapter, you can complete the book by 3 months. You can also make flash cards with these words and read while you're waiting for your coffee or bus.

Be patient, do not expect overnight miracles. The book is quite good and I am sure you’ll improve as you proceed with it. Enjoy reading it, learning from it.

Happy learning, happy living!
