I used this book a year ago and believe me, It has been very useful for me. It has salient features as no book have till now for vocabulary.
It has been divided into sessions which is very useful, you can do more than one session if you have extra time.
It has not lengthy chapters or copy paste of vocabulary from anywhere, it has ideas. And everything you remember or remind is from ideas.
At end of every session there is a lot of quizzes and fill in the blanks for practice.
At the very end of the all sessions, it has dictionary quizzes of tough words.
So, if you are student, proffesional, housewife or belong to any profession, please go for it.
And please don't forget to revise, what you have learnt in previous sessions.
