Well teacher in my college of career development centre use teach us from this book, word power made easy .
Its basically for improving your vocabulary. There are different sections in it, like how to insult your enemy etc., and there is set of words related to the section. And how this words came in existence I.e, origin and all.and others words making from the prefixes and suffixes of the main words,
Means, you learn the origin of the main word. And with that., all the relating words with it too. You learn a lot of words from it. And the way of explaining the word's meaning is so effective. .
A great book by Norman Lewis.
