Not so good . Review on Woodland

I had bought a Woodland shoes some time back with very high expectations(as the price you would have paid would be high). Initially things were fine. But I found it difficult to walk on granite or mosaic floors as it used to be slippery (I am not sure if every one faced this problem). I was happy with the slippery issue. But after some time I found that the lace was wearing out at the buckle point. So I went to the showroom and complained about it. They started giving advice about how to tie and all. I said there is nothing that it needs to be tied in a particular fashion. I had never faced this kind of problems in my previous other brand shoes. After I bought the lace, even this started wearing out. I again went to the showroom and they now advised a different thing.

They said that lace are available in 2 types. This time they gave a fat lace which was of the type when I got it along with the shoes. This is pathetic. They are having 2 qualities of lace and dont give proper suggestion and the product itself is having some design issues.

Now a days I am not seeing that kind of design in the market. Looks like they have withdrawn the model due to defective design.
