Horrible!! BSNL was far far better.(Kalna,burdwan). Review on Wish Net Private Limited Broadband Service

After using BSNL broadband for five years I switched to a Cable broadband service provider named as wish net. BSNL started too much negligence since 3 months ago.

So I got rid off from their ADSL service. I am using wish net just last one month. they took 3900 as just only installation charge(and did not give me any receipts).

And then 512 kbps speed as 417+113=530 per month. I  spent 4430 within one month for them. experience is horrible! During last one month  I had to call them at least 11 times to fix their disconnection.

Everytime I call them, some times they say it's from Kolkata main server or some time from local area. wish net never receive their toll free no. So I am helpless.

I am writing this review using 3g network after more than 12 hours of disconnection! it was also disconnected 8 hours on last Friday. serving just 24 hours it got disconnected again since last Saturday night. today is Sunday. I don't  know what to do! now I understand my Bsnl Broadband was far far better than this disgusting cable isp. While using BSNL I used to experience their disconnection maximum for 24 hours per month.

During last five years I never called Bsnl Broadband to fix the problem more than 2 times per month(not every month), which I had to do for 11 times for wish net.  now  another thing, this s wisnet don't have online payment option, I have to pay them manually by going their franchise owner's home.i am thinking again about BSNL or other DSL service providers. so,  wish net looted my almost  4000/- within a month.  so moral is: limitless privatization opens the door to unlimited corruptions and loot. my request to all not to use this wish net broadband services. I wrongly rated it 3 star service provider, unable to cancell stars, sorry.
