My biggest nightmare is using Wishnet Service at my home. I was a Wishnet customer form September 2015 - March 2016. In these 5 months I hardly used two months properly. Rest three months I hardly able to use 30 days properly.
Every month at least 10 days Wish Net run out of service.
When you need it most, you cannot guarantee it's availability.
Unreliable customer support service.
High monthly rental and one time non-refundable installation fee of 4K.
Local operator does not respond on customer calls.
Sometimes if you call to their Kolkata zone customer care numbers(1800 419 4244 and+91-336606262) they won't pick calls, even what they did in my case, picked calls several times and put the receiver back without answering. They did it intentionally when I again called them back to cross check the matter.
Generates falls service tickets RTO sent via. SMS.
I have attached a service SMS sent by Wishnet Customer Care to me when I called several times to their Customer Care numbers and booked a service complaint.
Check the SMS picture. they clearly mentioned my service request RTO booked and next day my problem not solved. internet remained unworkable condition, on top of that they sent another SMS "The issue booked by you yesterday has been fixed and solved."?
My bad experience with Wishnet and next day I called my operator to cut the line permanently.
From my personal experience with the Wishnet Service I cannot suggest anyone to subscribe it at Basirhat.
