It's my first company as a fresher. So can't compare to other company's experiences in IT fiels.
I have been in Wipro around sincs past 2 years.
It has been a decent experience with Wipro limited.
It is a global company ( MNC) hence provides you good opportunity world wide.
The work environment is great but the management is not good.
There's a lot of polities with management and no transparency at all.
Also other facilities like canteen, gym, library, sports space, etc are quite good.
The environment maintained at Wipro is good.
Overall as my first IT company I like Wipro but due to management and some other issues it's not the great one.
