Wipro is not at all good place to work. Wipro is very worst place in this IT World, Sorry to say that I understood after few Years.I am still working with Wipro, also there is no Job security with in WIPRO, every one getting scared those are working in Wipro. Use and through concepts in Wipro because of New CEO initiation. CEO is not a running IT Company or Business and his attitude is look like a Politician. Definitely Wipro will suffer with in a one year and they might sell the Company to TCS or close the company soon … Because of BAD Management and New initiations.
I am recommending that please do not join with WIPRO … Those are soaping with higher management they are staying long years. There is no value for actual hard work, smart work in terms of Business. There is no career growth in Wipro. Most of the senior persons joined from TCS. Soaping is only help with in the Wipro and no value for Work. Particularly LBG and Citi account. As part of my predication the both Projects are going to sell with TCS soon and slowly entire Wipro would be sell to TCS.
Importantly they stopped the cab /Transport for shifts because of this process lots employees sufferings.
I do not know when Premji is going to understand this situation.
CEO Rating is ZERO. Worst CEO in this IT World .
