Booked on mobile and have proof of pickup/drop location. Have recording of phone conversations with customer care.
Booking confirmation with driver is supposed to arrive half-hour before time, but it came with blank car/driver details. So I again called up customer care, confirmed pick/drop location and asked for driver details. He assured cab will come and driver will call.
When I call back at the time of pickup, he dares to tell me I selected wrong pickup location. This when I have proof of booking on mobile and recordings where he confirms pick and drop locations.
Crappy organization and service.
