I had a very very bad experience from Wings radio cabs about pickup timings, even after booking in 1 day advance. I have booked a cab to pick up at 6.0 pm from Warje to Mundhwa. Cab came to pick up at 7. and we reached Mundhwa at 8.30 pm. we have function to attend and get delayed by an hour.
And I have booked a return at 10 pm from Mundhwa to Warje. and it was worst than earlier. After calling the customer care No. around 50 times. they keep saying the cab is delayed by 45 min.s. Finally the cab came at 12 pm (midnight), I was waiting with my family(2 small children) almost 2 hours at Mundhwa for the Cab and reached home by 12.45pm.
This was the worst experience I had with Cabs. and Frustrating as I was waiting in cold at night with my family.
Surprisingly the customer care No. i.e. 40100100 they are not at all receiving calls after 10 pm. I was very angry on them. Even the driver's was telling the same. as his phone also not received.
If any passenger gets delayed then need to pay waiting charges but what when the cab itself delays. is there any rule for that. I was arguing with the cab driver regarding this but what is the use.
So finally decided not to use this Wings radio cabs and will not recommend to anyone in future.
