I had one of the worst experiences in my life. I had booked a cab for 9.15pm, I had to catch my bus from Jahangir hospital at 10.30pm.


The message that I received from WINGS after I booked the cab

The usual journey time from my house to Jahangir hospital is 45 min. Being a Saturday I was sure the 45 min would be comfortably enough for the commute.


The cab arrives at 10pm after 5 calls to the driver and yelling at him and 2 calls to the wings radio cab help line. Driver always said'10 min mein pahunch raha hoon sir'(translation:i'll reach in 10 min sir).


The help desk was not helpful at all, all in all entire team sucked big time.


I was very angry and told the driver that if I miss the bus, I wouldn't pay a penny.


Now the driver drives rashly to make up the lost time, we almost hit a motorbike and a rickshaw. I was all this time tensed and just hoping that driver wouldn't kill someone on the road.


We reached by 10.38 pm, and fortunately my bus got delayed, hearing this the driver started demanding double the amount. His reasoning was that since I said I wouldn't  pay him if I missed the bus, now since I didnt miss it, I had to pay double. I got angry and told him to just shut up. And asked him the correct fare, he says that since he had to drive fast and had to risk meeting with an accident, he had to be paid double. I told him to call up his supervisor and I need to speak with him. Only then he told me the correct fare, even that was hiked by increasing the KMs count. Such dishonesty even after the delay


After paying him I called up the wings radio cab customer care to give feedback, they are not at all bothered to take it. And their attitude was as if I was just wasting their time.


Such bad service, though mouthshut makes you to rate minimum 1 in all the sections, I give -5(minus 5) on 1-10 scale. I would never ever take a wings radio cab in my life again and wouldnt recommend it anyone.
