If u do any research on finding the worst internet service providing vendor, ur search ends here - Wi5. The worst ever service any business entity provides to its customers is always owned by Wi5. Especially the way Wi5 irritates their customers is unbeatable.
They would go to any extent to check your patience. If you speak to their customer service executives OMG u would definitely get admitted to hospital with BP complaint. Never raise your voice with their customer care executives at any cost whatever be your problem, they would not bear it and in turn they would speak to you with authoritarian tone.
If you have any kind of service issues they would take at least a month to inform you the timeline of solution, let alone the time taken to solve the issue. Wi5 is a big no-no to be referred to any of your friends, if u want them to be ur friends for ever. But if u want to punish your enemies by imbibing them with BP and health related issues, then Wi5 is ready made cake to refer to them.
