I have had a very vary bad experience with the sales as well as the service of this center. Mr Ramesh and Jay Shankar who are the sales/marketing leads of the center have directly told me that they consider Brio customers as third rate customers when compared to City customers. I had to raise the concern to the Honda customer relations for this particular conversations. After few apologies as usual, I hope that the service team would be better.
But it seems they are even worse than the sales. After repeated confirmation that they were working on Wednesday, to give my car for the scheduled second service they come up the day before service mentioning that it is a holiday and cannot be taken up for service.And for a mistake which is possible by anybody , as in this case a lady, a customer care lady who fixed the appointments is penalized a hefty amount,
and handles situations such that the dealer never gets the pinch of the mistakes they make but rather pass it on to the customer or to their own employees
Whoever would prefer to go for a honda request you to think twice...At this current age we cannot go behind a car just because of the brand name. Service matters a lot and in this case with these guys it is literally nil.
Request you to give many thoughts before dealing with White Field HONDA. It could result in a nightmare
