Honda is a very good brand and has made some really awesome cars.
But for sales I feel they are not concentrating much (unlike Toyota and Hyundai). The only advantage of Whitefield Honda is its location (near KR Puram). I have booked my Honda brio 3 months ago. The sales guy told me he will deliver it by March I knew there have been Tsunamis and Floods all over so kept my patience.
Before the budget the sales guy called me up and told if I buy the top variant I can get the car before budget within one week. I said OK better to give more money to get better features rather than shelling extra bucks for our corrupt politicians.
I have given him the full amount and since then the Sales guy himself turned into politician. Every time I call him he tells that the car will come in 2 days.. those 2 days are not over in past 2 weeks. Magnum Honda in Mekeri Circle ( I have interacted with them also) have better sales guy (at least the guy who talked to me). And they are delivering on time and more cars than Whitefield Honda.
At any cost never ever go to Whitefield honda coz apart from all the above things you will feel that the hard earned money (6, 7 or 10 lacs) is nothing and people have no respect that you are buying a car.
