The worst ever servicing and body shop repair experience with Honda.
This was the first time I went ahead to buy Honda and it was the most expensive and terrible mistake I have committed in my life.
There is no proper guidance to the new customer to where to take the car from servicing. Initially during sales, I was promised free pick and drop for servicing.
When I gave my car for first servicing, it was informed that pick n drop is chargeable. They don't consider customer issues at all. the timings are such its either take leave or don't give for servicing.
The servicing procedure itself is very long and we have to wait for 1.5 hrs to get the entire process done. The cleaning of car during body shop repair is chargeable and its a huge price to pay for washing the car.
I was promised for Teflon coating during sales and I came to know its not done. On top of that the warren tee cards were misplaced with someone else's card.
I hate all the service centers of Honda as they are just here to treat customers as ATM machines.
I repent not taking Maruti...
