This is by far the biggest mistake we had made while choosing a Honda Service Centre. The Whitefield Honda staff have absolutely no clue as to what is happening. The manager Jain has no accountability and blames his team advisors (Justine & Manjunath) who in turn blame their manager, it's like playing a cat and mouse game with these people.
My wife is pregnant and we had dropped off the car on the 14th of May, 10 days later they have not even started the work, and they lie to customers saying they have started. We were passing by and found our car in exactly the same condition and place where we dropped off.
We are just waiting to get this done with and will make sure that we never use or recommend Whitefield Honda again. We were planning on buying a new CRV and we will definately not buy it from this showroom or service our cars here again.
