When I took my Honda Accord to workshop around 6 months ago, I was told to wait upto a month for the part. The workshop was very chaotic and it was extremely difficult to get information there. I contacted Honda's customer center in Noida and expressed my concern about waiting for the part for a month. I believe if Honda is selling their cars in India, it is Honda's responsibility to make the parts available to the customers. Upon my complaint, the Whitefield Honda got the part within next 7 days. The customer care manager there told me that it shouldn't have taken so long to get the part.
So, I guess the workshop people were lying to me earlier. Recently got my car cleaned at Whitefield Honda. The workshop looked much more organized and clean as compared to my last visit. There was a separate customer waiting center with a TV. However, when I reached home after getting my car cleaned, I noticed that one of my cd was stolen out of the cd player in the car.
Although a small thing, but it does question the honesty and sincerity of the employees at Whitefield Honda.
