Despite of repeated requests for servicing the door leakage, I only get false promise for getting serviced my refrigerator within a
week. Now it is almost a year since lodging complain.
Now I am feeling we are being cheated. I don’t know where exactly problem is, but I fed up with repeated false promise made by whirlpool people. In no way replacing the door (as suggested by your technician) will take a year. Being an internationally recognized company, no one can expect such a bad service with those people.

I even written mail to headoffice regarding this but event then i couldnt get any response from them. Finally i suggest friends not to go such a company
