Whirlpool was not in our list, but after having very bitter experiance with LG312GL and BPL we were on the look out for something different. Being south Indian Vegetarian family we were requiring some thing less on the freezer and more on the refrigerator. Whirlpool is the just what we were looking for. Had we seen Whirlpool ’’symphony’’ before going for LG we would have saved lot of time and money.
for more than 7years we have been using BPL 3D252, which was alright in the initial stages but later on the service is atrociously bad and several complaints to BPL have given no relief. We were looking for a change and looked at LG since ’’whirlpool’’ was not on display for unknown reasons. For nearly 17 days we used LG with great difficulty and were shocked with the service and response. We had to tell the dealer that we would drag all of them to legal battle, then they agreed to change to any other brand of our choice. That is when Whirlpool was on display and it was our best choice.
It is now more than a month and half it is doing fine with us and service for small issues also is superb and we are able to see the distinctive difference in both the brands. We are relaxed and comfortable with the Whirlpool sales and service.
