Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am using Whrilpool Washing Machine model no S70. The sipn motor of the machine need to be replaced as per the company engineer but the local representative of surat region(i.e Service center) says that the motor is not in stock.I have launched the complaint on 17th August 2011 & till today it has not been resolved.
Please let me know what to do as its been close to 1 & half month time & no action from the company side has been taken.
I cannot believe that the basic part which is must needed to run the machine i.e motor can not be in stock from more than 1 month time.
When I have mailed the help desk of the company about my issue then they replied that my issue will be resolved by 27.9.2011., But as usual NO ACTION TAKEN.
If this is the service that whirlpool is going to give then I can never suggest whirlpool to any one in life for his use.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & RESOLVE THE SAME ON PRIORITY BASES.
