I bought the whirlpool while magic 3 year ago as it was very famous at that time and I was not having enough knowledge of washing machine and Whirlpool seemed like a big brand and a trusted company so I bought it.
The machine worked fine if not great for 9 months then it stopped working altogether and we couldn't figure out what is the reason.
We called customer service but nobody came and we had to call for almost a month for someone to come and repair the machine.
After the person came the repairman said that the PCB motherboard is not functional and reason why there machine is not operational. He said as PCB is not in covered under warranty we had to pay 5000INR for the repairs.
After purchasing it at 20000 we had to pay 5000 only under the one year period, but it didn't stopped after that over the last three years we had to repair it several times and it cost us more 4500 and it was no use of having the warranty.
And only last year we again had to repair PCB again as it again didn't worked
With such a machine that will only increase the expenses than saving it I can not at all recommend this machine don't buy it birth the service and the product are worthless
