Those who are planning to buy a Whirlpool product... be prepared to get frustrated with a worst customer service that you can imagine. I had bought a T50 front loading W/C sometimes back. On 2nd Dec 2011, I had complained of the timer gone bad. After no action for one week, the complaint got cancelled with the note that the customer has cancelled the complaint. After that I had to log three more complaints of same description. Each getting cancelled after a week.
The product has been a big let down. Since purchase I had to get the belt replaced thrice, the whole body replaced once and now the timer is not working.
For sure my next purchase will not be a Whirlpool one.
