I got a Purafresh water purifier for the cost of Rs 14000. I spent almost Rs 2400 to replace the filters in that one year Waranty period... Every 3 months I got a call from customer care to replace either one or two filters. For this replacement , the service is free of cost but filters costs minimum Rs 300, 450 and the membrance filter costs Rs1350. When u ask about AMC after the waranty period, they told me to pay Rs 4350 and the fliters will be charged as usual.. Do all of you think, is this RO is necessary? So I removed from my home and put in e-waste container.
If you people wish to get this product, please do one thing.. put that money in a temple or church and pray to God to rpovide u a good health. God will provide that, because we are in LMC with him---Life Maintenance contract.
