I purchased Whirlpool MasterMind 1.5 ton window AC 3 years back. Following Events have made me believe it is the worst company for any consumer to experience.
1st year - Gas leakage
Service Centre breaks the nuts on which compressor is held. They convince that the noise is of window grill for 2 months.Then admit that they broke it.
2nd year they force you take AMC and then you run after them to get your AC serviced even though it is cosmetic.
3.This year Gas leakage happens in May, goes for refilling and happens again within 2 months. 2150 bill is slapped on you.
Helpdesk of whirlpool is a fiasco too and seems their executives are just sitting on their asses and doing nothing about customer satisfaction
