I had bought this fridge around 7 months back, the sales manager at the electronics outlet informed that a Whirlpool technician would visit us(after fixing an appointment) within one week of delivery to give a'Product DEMO'. I am still waiting for that to happen. The delivery boys connected the fridge and informed us that the product can be used after 4 hours. The product has been performing well:-)
What made me unhappy is that I did not even receive a courtesy call to check if I need a DEMO or not. I use other Whirlpool products and am quite satisfied with the customer service, I expected the same level of service for all its products.
