I have been using it for the past 4 years. As everybody I also started getting the PCB failure issues. The first PCB failed in the second year but was replaced under warranty.
By the third year there was a sensor compliant and I was charged 1000 rs for replacing it. Again during the fourth year The PCB has been damaged and now they are quoting Rs 5000 for replacement including service charge.
I see that the PCB issue is very common in this model. Whirlpool should stop making washing machines if they cannot even fix this. They are making more money by replacing the PCB than by selling the washing machine.
Pathetic Whirlpool!
