I purchased the machine about 3 years back. Since then the machine has had the following repair needs:
1) Suspension needed replacement.
2) The electronic board was completely burnt.
3) Input Nozzel was burnt.
4) Heater needed replacement.
Total Cost: 15000/-. Luckily I was under warranty for some of them so I did not have to spend. But now I have started to spend on this.
Quality Issues:
If you open this machine and see:
1) The electronic board is protected by plastic thinner than your carry bag. No electronic protection from the top. Now the new boards have protective layer.
2) The screws inside and outside are completely rusted.
3) Inside the entire body is rusted.
4) The rust is getting into the clothes.
5) Heater quality is so bad, it takes 2 hours to heat to its maximum level.
6) They promote the sale of a power which they want you to buy for cleaning their machine once every month. The powder costs 800 Rs.
Soon I will post some photo's of the machine.
They had visited my home. And I can bet that they will find reasons that will blame my house, ventilation and moisture. Mind you, my society is designed by https://hafeezcontractor.com/. Its the posh society in the locality.

Now, I started getting some action from the India team. They visited my place on March 5th (the whole month went by, I was charged 3000 Rs for the electronic board). The plastic that covered the old electronic board was no longer needed. The screws were badly rusted. All of them still are completely rusted.
