I bought this machine in 2009. The first thing the company representatives did was to make us purchase an inlet and outlet pipe, as the original is too small, a gimmick to make money. after about year, the panel got unstuck which is when we realised the panel is stuck with a two way tape!! The panel cost us about Rs.3000/- after about six months the top lid screws came off, the company representative came and replaced the lid for Rs.1500/- but with one screw missing as there was no lids available and as we were going through a personal crisis, we had no choice but to to fit the lid as otherwise we would have to buy another machine or not use the machine at all.
This year last week, the panel got burnt and whirlpool guys were called, by my people at home while i was away and changed the panel at the cost of rs.4000. In total we have paid rs.8500/- in addition to the original amount of buying this machine. We have decided to tell one and all what a useless product this is and do not even think of buying this machine.
