For information and creating awareness to Refrigerator buyers,
NEVER buy WHIRLPOOL refrigerator. They have pathetic, non-responsive, & careless attitude towards new buyers like me. I have purchased their I-Magic 215L single door refrigerator on September 22, 2015. They mention 10 years warranty but this is absolutely a bluff. Since purchase, the refrigerator is giving trouble of not cooling except for the deep-fridger. There is absolutely no cooling at the bottom trays and the door. Foods stored in the door racks and at the lower two trays get spoiled often.
While I have tried endlessly their customer care, only once a representative came to visit the unit. But he could not detect the problem at all. Neither could he give any solution or follow up the matter.
I have never experienced such irresponsible behavior from Whirlpool. Wish they shut down their all refrigerator manufacturing units.
