I bought this microwave for our kitchen needs about 3 months back .The first thing I have observed it is heavy weight. The lock is too tight that it irritates every time I try to open and close the lid. So it is not user friendly. The features of the product is really confusing. We only get used to it after careful attention to the manual. Simply we can go and operate it. The outside body is of low quality which is not advisable for a microwave.
It is definitely not a handy product. The style and design is just OK.
The service is good. I have encountered a problem with timer button once and the customer service people visited to repair it after 3 days which is acceptable to me.
It consumes lot of power which is a negative point I wanted to mention
