We bought a Whirlpool Microwave oven from Vivek and Co on 27th March 2016. After much follow-up the demo team landed on 9th April and found that the product was not working. The demo person SelvaKumar took the details and promised replacement of the machine.
Post that we have been following up with Whirlpool at their "Customer UNCARE" centres for many times with no clear direction on how to get the same replaced. They are not willing to give even customer complaint number. One of them asks us to contact the dealer and then another says it will take 45 days to get the replacement which needs approval from Head of Complaints.
The customer care number is so poorly manned that even when we opt from English it lands up with a operator who does not know English and she asks u to call again.
It is a horrible experience and we are still awaiting the response from Whirlpool. I presume it will be the same for any Whirlpool product as the customer care process seems to be the same.
