I bought a whirlpool microwave and it was delivered to my place next day from an electronics store. Then whirlpool representative came after 2 days and found that the machine is not working. He gave remarks on form that the machine is dead and company will replace it. I had to submit a complaint regarding that. So I followed his instructions. But their customer service is so pathetic. They did not reply for a long time. I called up several times, sent the mail several times. Finally I told them that I am going to take legal actions against them. Then yhey got it replaces very next day.
Means if a customer is being gentle then they take it so lightly and take quick actions when a legal step is taken.
