An ingenious marketing strategy has been evolved by the marketing head of Wheel Powder.

It has brought down the " net quantity of Wheel Powder" from 500 gms at Rs.10/- to 325 gms at Rs.10/-. Similarly the 1000 gms pack priced at Rs.20/- earlier now weighs 650 odd grams.

No mention about reducing the net quantity of the package with fixed prices at Rs.10/ and Rs.20/- was ever made in the press or at the retailors or in any media.

All along even today some housewives still presume the quantity to be 500 gms and 1000 gms respectively.

So during the last one year Wheel Powder Manufacturer has made crores of "hidden" profits by simply , slowly reducing the net quantity being sold to the customer.

Besides the normal profit that it was making when selling 500 gms and 1000 gms at Rs.10/ and Rs.20/- respectively.

A Fit case to be filed under section 420 of the I.P.C., Act and F.I.R., registered against the Company for cheating the consumers in short selling the product quantity at fixed maximum retail price. Besides other appropriate sections that would apply for conducting illegal business practice that too "Openly and in Broad Day Light". Equal blame lies on the Rateilors who do not divulge this information to their customers.
