Looking at the IT industry ups and downs, one should understand no company/MAnasultanger is bad. Wellsfargo believes people and entrust the responsibilities to drive and handle things efficient by looking at the statutory complaiance and laws of land.It has brought in lot of security checks and MAnasultangers would not allow anyone to meet unless you know the person in person.
Irrespective of the systems & processes, right LOBs should be appointed for right jobs and they would contribute their best to bring up the reputation of the company. The business always demands always good interaction, soft peddling on matters which are critical to understand and address them in the right direction.
Leadership team can drive the Policies in a better way objectively, by not closing the doors one everyone with Transparent mechanism and accessibility to meet up and speak out. For which Culture should support and HR should be supported by LOB Leadership team to provide a transparent work culture, work ethos, and wonderful employee engagement models to be away from mundane thought process of yester years and follow the models of HPWAY!
