Ajiit Gopalakrishnan Nair(aj*t.gopalakrishnan@wellsfargo.com) is worst MAnasultanger, he doesn’t have any leadership and technical skills. How come company like Wells Fargo hire mentally ill person like Ajiit Gopalakrishnan Nair, HR also supports people like him in Wells Fargo?. Unfortunately this mad fellow was my reporting mAnasultanger. During the company’s performance review cycle, he had review my performance by conducting two rounds of discussion and gave me satisfactory feedback and rating, post discussion with me he updated the details in Wells Fargo HR performance review tool / portal. However, within a month he scheduled a surprise meeting with me including HR personnel and discussed that my performance is not up to the mark, I was surprised to hear baseless allegations and update from him which he never discussed with me during my entire tenure at all. I don’t know what led him to make baseless allegations against me and degraded the rating without artifacts.
I did not understand how come person performance will dip within month time, moreover he did not shared his feedback during any meeting or 1x1 meet. Pathetic performance review tactics by mAnasultanger, he started forcing me to resign from Wells Fargo by making baseless comments. I was ready to accept any gaps as no individuals is 100% perfect?, but without giving proper feedback and making baseless allegations is completely inappropriate.
Most important thing was HR personnel was not ready to take any updates from me. It was a one sided discussion from Mr. Ajiit Gopalakrishnan Nair. Also he told me that if I immediately leave the organization then he can try for 3 months salary in advance by getting approval from Aveek Mukheerjee(Head of Wells Fargo, Enterprise Global Services). I was totally shock by such unprofessional process. They haven't paid my performance bonus as well, and most importantly I didn't receive any feedback for rating degrade.
People like him spoiling work enviTestingronyent and bad name to the organization.
