Management is complete racist. You need to know Malayalam or Kannada to be good with management. Bullying, discrimination, harassing & blackmailing are daily routines of the managers. WFIS has created new culture to remove employees by keeping them in PIP and throwing them out.
Most of the managers are from BPO back ground and they don't really know how to handle the technology departments. Most of the managers are Malayalies even HR don't listen to team members except managers.
