Let me share my friend experience with one of the support team
Manager name is Kingsley vethamathi-outdated guy, just know ant build scripts but he is a production support manager
If any production issues you can't find him until it resolves as like his pets(he made them as leads ofcourse they all are managers with 0% knowledge)
He used to tell other team mates about promotion policies but when it comes to pets they can get promotions in 6 months span since they are super talented.he can't promise for anyone's carrer
I am so pity if wells shutdown the centre in india he is going to be mental
Ofcourse pets will goto hometown and open a barbar shop

Still u can't see a cloud component in the company
Outdated udeploy is hot technology now for them
