This company has their back office operations at Hyderabad. Though, the company’s infrastructure is good. It offers nothing to the employees and treats them as slaves. The pay structure is too low compared to the industry standard. Many companies in Hyderabad offers a better pay package for any graduate and post graduate. The transport service provided is pathetic. The company HR policies and rules are worst. It wont allow employees to carry their mobile on to the floor. I do not understand what is the main reason behind this and the reason the company says is a stupid one(customer data security). There are many companies of this kind in Hyderabad which atleast allow employees to carry an ordinary mobile phone with no camera to the floor. Everyone knows how important a mobile plays a role in our daily life. It will not allow its employees to learn new things. The company only expects to do their work like slaves. I pity the employees who are working there.
