The leaders are divided into 2 groups - an ANZ group and a Dell group and only people / employees who know someone there can survive. Nothing or no reward is task or performance based but recommendation based.
Pathetic environment to work with little or no work happening. People gossiping all the time.
Some of the leaders or most of them don't know the ABC of people management and umpteen feedback just don't help.
My interactions with HR have been even worse. Every time I get a different answer and then the guessing game begins. I do not even know the HR head for he never talks to anyone or approached us.
The HR leaders too are pathetic. All big talk on representing the company in various forums but their own thought process is just the opposite. Not sure basis what have they been placed there. HR needs a complete revamp of all the work they do including the pathetic policies and processes.
Very unprofessional behaviour by the managers and after a point it get personal. Performance feedback is very generic with no examples given whatsoever. Its the first time I have seen a CEO walking around and pulling up people for wrong dress sense.
Horrible company with 0 professionalism. Forgettable experience.
