I have got 13+ yrs of exp. in IT, went there for an interview(scheduled one) in their raidurgam hyd office, the contact person was sailaja, got stuck in the traffic& their own security checks(3 tier LOL) from building main gate to Wellsfargo center reception bay. I sat there for long and This HR lady sailaja even dropped by, without bothering to interact with me, informed her junior boy Satya Prasad to call up the reception help desk and informed me to leave due to non-availability of the panel. Incidentally this company was my client way back in 2005 when I was working with Caritor Blore. I never knew they have gone from bad to worse after opening their captive unit in hyd. After reading these funny comments about their Mallu managers and how they practice favoritism& nepotism I thank God for not being a part of it. After working with world class companies like fidelity Cisco Ericsson& deloitte I can rate wellsfargo -2 in a scale of 1 to 5.
