Amusement parks!!!!!!!!!!!
Woahhhh, its the best place to be in. The best place to spend a weekend, especially after tiring week and best suited for everyone and anyone. Old people can go to amusement parks to relax, college students can come in here to enjoy and people who work the whole week can come in to have some fun and enjoy as well as relax and peace of mind.
There are many amusement water parks in this city, but one which stands out is WATER KINGDOM. As one moves out away towards the western side of this city near virar one can find n no. of amusement water park and even cheap as compared to the other rates around the city but the satisfaction is not 100%. Either due to less no of slides, less adult slides, too many children pools, many people need combination of thrill with smooth rides.
I've been many a times to this water park, but it all started when I gave my 12th standard exams and after giving my 12th exams we all students had a long vacation ahead and we all friends were planning something exciting but we were running short of plans and suddenly it striked our mind that on our hall tickets there was an offer by water kingdom. We decided this trip to water kingdom and it was great success. The enjoyment, the fun, every moment was enjoyed thoroughly by everyone of us. After that I've been a regular visitor for this amusement water park
If asked whether would I like to go again?
My immediate answer would be YESSSSSSSS, Even though I've been through every slide, every twist and turn of this park but I would still like to go here again and again. This place is really a mood twister, fun to be and must visit place on everyone's list.
If u've been to mumbai and not visited this place than u've not enjoyed the true amusement water park experience.
Was my money spent worth the fun?
Yes obviously, maybe the prices of this park has gone up but its surely worth for the fun that I had. The range of slides and so much to explore, Every time when one enters a slide or the pool its and different and new experience. But one thing to be noticed is the price hiking in the tickets, but still worth if one is earning.
Things that I like and dislike about this park?
Range of slides : The range of slides are pretty good, and there are many thrilling as well as calm slides. There are some slides which are withdrawn recently as I noticed when I made my last trip, in spite that the range is good and wide. Many people aren't satisfied due to lesser range of slides.
Asia's largest theme water park : The self proclaimed asia's largest theme water park and I truly agree to them. I won't claim this park to be the best as I haven't visited many of them, but certainly this is in the race to be the best.
Ferry's ride : There are two ways via which one can reach this place via ferry and via road way. I would prefer that one should take the ferry way, one can even enjoy the ferry ride as well as the park. But per person ferry cost about 35 bucks for return journey
Good lunch provided if opted for it : The quality of food is good and one can have as much as one can. Whenever I've been to this place I've gone in big groups so we subscribed as groups, and the quality of food was awesome. Normally if one opts for individual entry then food becomes a big issue as it becomes very expensive.
Photo session and modelling : We all girls started taking random pics with the statues and our friends too. We summed upto 500 pics in a single day, poor pooja ( my friend ) was always with a camera :-P
Staffs assistance : The staff were brilliant at their job, and were assisting everyone very nicely and made sure that safety is their 1st priority. They gave us indications how to go in high risk rides and what position we should take? Hats off to them as their job was worth noticing
The entry ride : The entry ride is in a long train which is decorated and that's also very enjoyable, the changing room are nice and comfortable and the washroom and bathing are also nice and slide garments are also affordable
Discounts and offers : Normally such places don't offer good and worth discounts but this place offers something very good. An individual ticket cost around 500-600 but a offer of 3 visits in a year for 1000 was a great discount. I still have 1 visit left and looking forward to visit the park very soon. Even there are discounts on sim cards ie loop simcard 50% discount
Few things I dint like :
Cost keeps increasing At a time the tickets were 300 but these days the tickets goes upto 500-800 too. They should consider on bringing this down, as this will attract more non-working people.
Ferry ride : Why would one need to pay 35 bucks more? If one opts for other road way, it will be very hectic to travelling will be far. Instead of making the tickets less they can cut down the prices of the ferry. From borivili station one has to take rick which cost around 25-40 and if one is new to this place the rick fellow can take u into another joyride which will cost u around 60-70, better option is to go by share rick
Internal food too costly : The internal food are too costly for a common man, and there are no other alternative also as outside food isnt allowed inside the water park.
I would like to recommend this water park to anyone and everyone, there are small pools for children too and most of the times this pool is occupied by family with small kids.

Humunga-kowabunga - these slides are not meant for pregnant womens specifically.
Gang-a-fall
Boble boogie - This was missing recently when I had visited this place, but its very nice ride
This is recommended for people who want to experince thrill
Adventure amazonia :
Elephant safari, rock n roll safari, serpent safari, goofers safari, Drifting river, zoomroo, what a coaster
Adventure amazonia are highly recommended by me as most of them are girlish streams.
Wetlantic :
Jungle beach - This too was missing this time when I went recently
Bay watch tower
Cascade-cave & Love boat tower
Bratzone :
Aquadrome : This place is very rocking with loud recent remix songs are played, its kind of rain dance and its a truly recommended place.
Coco beach
Mama mia : A place for kids, normally families are seen in this small pool, small in size but enjoyable
A must visit water parks and I would rate this as 4.5/5

From borivali reach gorai creek and from there ferry has to be taken which cost 35 per head for return.
As per me, water kingdom's the best but different people have different sense of happiness.
