I have purchased voltas AC 1.5 ton 3years before and now facing problem(not cooling) . I have complained to claim
warranty. Initially they said it will take 4 days to replace compressor. now they said it will take more than 10 days and
also not confirmed. What is the use to get the air con serviced after 15 days. What is the use of replacing compressor
after 20 days and it is almost end of May. They also charging 3500 Rs to check and transporting and replacing the same.
Is this really a warranty claim? What is use of charging 3500 rs for 20+k machine?
Also the I am not using Air con frequently and using double booster stabilizer.
