I bought this water dispenser on the 26th Sep, it did not cool. We complaint at the call center on 27, the call was attended on 29th. The engineer did some setting and it worked for the time he was there. We again complained on 30th, call was attended by so called highere level engineer on 1st. He said thermostat was faulty and will be replaced on 4th.
No one came on 4th, I re-complained. Service engineer came on 5th and again did some setting and it worked for sometime. The engineer was rude and tried to say that I was lying that anyone came on the 1st. His whole behaviour was very bad and he just did not want to listen to any comments I had. I escalated the call at the call center.
Also the icons / paint on the machine has already disappeared.
Essentially VOLTAS has pathetic product and service
