Cooling and customer service is not good. Review on Voltas 1 Ton 3 Star 123LYv Split AC

Today I want to review regarding voltas 1 ton 3 star 123LYv split AC. We purchase it last year in may June 2016 to get a relief from unbearable heat in summers.we purchase it from local dealer near our house under warranty . As we are middle class people so we purchased it in Emi. Today we are remorse why we purchase this product as it hamper its service in so many areas.first we are talking about its coolness.cooling is not good good as it cooling just single one room. It providing good cooling at temperature in 17 degree but if we raise temperature to 22 degree its cooling effect is almost disappears.swinging is not good.if we are talking about its sound yes it is very silent as it is not making noise. it increase our electricity bill before when we have no ac facility hardly we having getting bill near approx between 700 to 800 rupees but after we put it almost our electricity bill is thrice.now our average electrcity bill comes nearly 2500 to 3000 rupees which is very heavy bearable to our middle class people.our experience is very bad regarding their customer service and support every time when we mail our AC problem via mail id or their contact center firstly they not responded properly and when responding some time always response sorry for inconvenience you face your problem is solve as soon as it possible.When it's a time that we are contacting them for ac first service.they always rejected our request and yes they come when I giving threat them to going consumer court.Obvisouly first three services are free and one of its official come in our house to serviced our ac we are telling our problem regarding its coolness and it's various problem .He check sometime and telling you have not getting problem next time but same problem repeats.So according to me this ac is not as it worth overall I am a customer who spent money and wish to getting full value of my money.
