Recent I gave my car for service; they informed that it will take 2 days for completing the 15000 kms service, When I returned to take the delivery identified that the car was in the same place and condition of how I left it, but they claim that the service is done; in the name of trust I took the car and was moved into biggest nightmare of my life. I was charged 13000 rs. But below were promised and not done.
Engine oil change - Instead just top up was done I guess and not changed.
Oil filter and air filter change - not sure;
Glass polish - First place that was not requested, and also found the same crow dirt not cleaned, still thinking how they did glass polish.
Tyre rotation - not sure if it was done, But alignment went wrong.
Alignment and wheel balancing - That was not touched at all.
While driving car performance went from bad to worse and could control my anger. Took it to the ambattur estate showroom.
Informed the MAnasultanger(Raja), this person, instead of meeting the irate customer, was very much involved in the meeting and made was wait for 3 long hours.
Somehow we met and when I informed they did not feel sorry for the mistake done rather was asking me to give positive rating if we get a call.
After some discussion, I somehow, mAnasultanged to get the complaints attended in front of me and said the driver will bring it to the entrance. while returning home I identified that my pendrive was stolen from the car.
When enquired they did not bother about it.
If this is the state, I will be posting my experience in Social media and bring all consumers together to let them know your cheating before even they could choose to buy your vehicle.
