Global Gallerie Agencies Pvt Ltd at Khopat Thane, Authorised Mahindra Service Centre, is the second biggest con workshop after Numer Eins of Skoda that was shut down due to such bad practices.
similarly, Global Gallerie Workshop follows the pattern. Each time you go for servicing, they do half the job but charge for the job not done. its been a prevalent practice with Global.
one needs to take the car more than thrice to get the same job done.
each time you go and enquire about the same job, they will pull out a problem, totally unrelated to current and bill you anything in range of 10k-15k.
I have been a victim thrice. The last time the Car was given to them was Yesterday, August 07/2015 to look into hand brake problem which after repeated reporting was not done.
I have a bill saying the service charge is Rs.1000/-. suddenly they pull out another trick. the connecting rod needs to be changed. I refused. Ok then we will change the Hand brake Cable. I said fine and send the car to me.
then apparently the size of the bill was below their regular practice. the service provider Mr. Tajas Jadhav, calls up and says the bearing is making noise. can you imagine what this tantamount to? out and out thievery.
earlier they forced me to change Clutch plate and billed me Rs. 17000/- I have this in record that the earlier Clutch was in working condition and that could be part of the evidence, if I choose to sue them in the Consumer Court as well as other courts.
I believe they should be stopped from conning simple people and forever try to steal you almost like a daylight robbery.
I have taken serious umbrage to this ridiculous thievery and preparing to implicate them at the earliest.
I would request fellow readers to please get in touch to get justice from such dubious Vendors.
will address this to Mr. Anand Mahindra and also plaster this on the Social Media for being abused to blatantly.
Mahindra & Mahindra should take congnizance of this malpractices and ensure they stop the activities of such dealers, or they follow in steps of Skoda too.
