I have discussed Airtel Service in Banglore in another review (a bad experience with Airtel). But still I should discuss the good services which I had experienced for three years from Hutch.

Fisrt of all in Delhi, Hutch has the widest network coverage..which even works in basements !!! I never seen any network problem, which lasted for longer duration. Hutch is an innovative company, which keeps on offering unique services time to time, for example they first started display of area where you are presently located.

Also giving information of missed calls, one touch dial services and lot more.
The service which can be appriciated most is the CUSTOMER CARE. Staff is very good, with good knowledge of processes. They have improved a lot in customer service i guess. Wait time has reduced to almost ZERO, when you dial customer care number.

Another good thing is ACCURATE BILLING. they never cheat (I verified the bill on random basis).

But anyway Hutch still needs to improve on the following services :

1. Hutch Access - If you surf the net on your laptop or PC using Hutch Access, it gives a poor download speed of 1 to 2 KBPS, whereas Hutch claims it to be 155.2 KBPS. Also charges are very high - 500 Rs. Per month. (May be GSM is an old technology for data services)

2. Hutch World - GPRS : Speed is fine, quality and choice of games etc. is good but they charge high (50 to 100 Rs for a game)

3. Service activation / deactivation takes time. Customer care says that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a service activated or deactivated. It should be quick i mean within a minute it should happen.
