Review : I have been using Hutch for a while now. Initially you get missed calls with the numbers. Now they advertise proudly and send you sms saying you have to send sms to 303 if you want to know the missed call numbers.
 
You get charged for that sms.why cant they tell you the numbers straight away? What was free before is proudly advertised and charged. Whats the fun in it baby? I topped up my prepaid card for 110 bucks.

The balance showed 60 Rs. I sent only 3 sms and made no calls. The balance became minus 40Rs. They deducted it for a promotional GPRS offer. Without an approval or any information. When I wanted to make an urgent call, all I get is my calls are barred.
 
I tried calling the customer service 3 times and every time a different consultant to whom I had to narrate my story everytime and they say it will take 48hrs as if it is some technical fault, when they clearly tell me the amount has been deducted for the promotional service.
 
They just cheat customers. Lots of my friends are complaining that HUTCH is really useless. Go for AIRCELL guys! say bye bye to HUTCH! I’m not exaggerating even a bit. Believe me!
