Guys, Hutch has recently launched a service in which you can get the list of missed calls while your cell is switched off by sending a SMS to 303. Don’t trust hutch on this as this service is a complete FARCE. I believe many of you smart people would have already found this out. But I will tell you how exactly I found this scheme of hutch to swindle Rs 1.50 from your talk time.

1. I was down with viral fever and forgot to charge my cell so it went off after some time.
2. Now to test this service I sent an SMS GET to 303 and waited for the reply.

3. I got a reply message which said no missed calls. The same day I got a call from two of my friends telling me that they called me but my cell was switched off.

4. So for the purpose of verification I intentionally switched my cell off and rang up my cell from my land line 3 or 4 times.

5. Now I repeated the mistake that I committed before by sending an SMS GET to 303 to get a reply ’’No missed calls’’

I think your guess is as good as mine. This is the plight of the common Hutch subscriber who never gets to know that he is being cheated.
